Contestants will sing three songs each: one of their own choosing, one chosen by a member of the three-judge panel, one chosen by the producers.

Yes, that does mean that the AI machine is choosing two-thirds of each finalists' performances. Pretty solid evidence the show is at least somewhat rigged.
