Don't forget that the top 4 week has in the past led to a surprise elimination.
Most notably, it's when Daughtry got eliminated, as well smaller-scale surprises like Tamyra Gray and LaToya London.
At this point, I think the only real "shocker" departure would be either of the Davids. And I really doubt that's going to happen.
Case in point: This MTV article describing all the bootleg merchandise that's arisen on sites like eBay. No, you can't get a lot of Syesha Mercado stuff, but you CAN snag a David Cook snow globe. Or a shirt that says "Future Mrs. Archuleta."
Another interesting link: USA Today offers this story asking industry experts what kind of album each of the four finalists should record. Is reggae the best genre for Castro? You decide.

Castro looks the part, but Bob Marley he isn't. Just because he has dreadlocks does not mean he should automatically sing Reggae. Reggae would be career suicide for him, it's too much of a niche market that does not have a huge fanbase.
I don't know what genre Castro could be truly successful in, I think he was born in the wrong time, he would be huge if this were the 1970's and he could sing the melancholoy nightmares the decade was known for. Or he might be ok if he could join a boy band.

Archuleta should team up with Clay Aiken and sing old lady songs. They would be a great pair... and I mean as a couple.. in a relationship... a gay relationship.
