Song: "Stand by Me"
Me: Yep, another inspirational song from Archuleta. I agree with a recent blog poster -- straight out of a Disney movie soundtrack. Vocals are solid, as usual, and I was a bit wowed when Archuleta tried to spice things up by throwing in a bit of Sean Kingston's "Beautiful Girls." Something tells me that wasn't his dad's idea. That aside, it's a typical snoozer, but at least he doesn't overdo the belting. Judges will love it; orders for those "Future Mrs. Archuleta" tees will soar.
Randy: "Dude, that was hot."
Paula: "You are way beyond your years...you're seasoned already."
Simon: "The truth is you could have whistled a song and it could have sounded better than the last one...In the grand scheme of things, I'm going to call that as the best performance so far."
