8:23 Time for Brooke, Miss South Florida Fair. We get a back story segment, and despite some mildly funny moments of ditz, it's clear this girl is going to get annoying very quickly.
Surprisingly, she actually does well in her take on the Jackson 5, although it looks like her tube top could fall off at any minute. She gets a three-way yes, which immediately inspires her to start shrieking at the top of her lungs. Not attractive.
Simon: "Possibly the most annoying person I have ever seen in my entire life."

I didn't think she was that annoying. I think she's probably a lot smarter than she's letting on.. probably because she's been in the pageant circuit for any amount of time. But I think she had a really nice voice.
