Time for Syesha, who's performing a song chosen by Randy. She also strangely performed this tune while appearing as a contestant on ABC's failed reality show, "The One." See that performance here.
Song: "If I Ain't Got You"
Me: A typical belting-heavy performance from Syesha. It doesn't do much to bolster my opinion of her, and I'm faulting Randy for the song choice. She doesn't sound bad, but it's song she can't do much with in terms of originality. In the end, it sounds a little shrieky -- not enough yet to give her an edge over the Davids.
Randy: "You did an amazing job on it."
Paula: "You look absolutely stunning."
Simon: "You sang that very well."
