half right...and bitter

So tonight I'm two for four. My two correct guesses, Nick Pedro and Alaina Alexander, were no-brainers.
But I can't say I'm happy about the "Feeling Good" duo -- AJ Tabaldo and Leslie Hunt -- who got the boot. Sure, they probably wouldn't have advanced that far in the competition in the end, but by no means did they warrant elimination based on this week's performances.
I'm chalking it up to a lack of memorability, which I think applies more to AJ than Leslie. I figured Leslie's zany personality would at least earn her a semi-loyal following. I guess not.
However, I'm not backing down from the contestants I originally slated for elimination. Brandon Rogers and Haley Scarnato each carry a lack of charisma, or even likeability, and their performances didn't impress me. They didn't even make me feel sorry for them.
So I hope you learned your lesson, America. Who's feeling good now?
Can't wait to hear your comments.

Don't you think that AJ should have had a good gay backing? Gay people all over the US need to unite so AI will have its first GAY IDOL! Now we're basically putting our hope and faith in Sunjay, who probably is gay, but doesn't have a chance in hades. He only didn't get voted off because he almost started crying last night and people felt sorry for him.

The weather updates have really ruined Idol tonight. I hope we don't have any more storms. Leslie should NOT have been voted off. She was GOOD! Just like AJ. What are we going to end up with? Sunburnt Head and Ant-I-A-Porn-Star? No thanks.

Although I can't stand Sundance -- just SO blah -- I have to admit, Antonella is kindof a guilty pleasure. I want to know if the porn thing is real, and of course, she'll never tell! She's totally feeding off the publicity from those rumors, and they're the only reason she's still here. But I think she makes the show so bad its good with her terrible singing. And she's hot.

Although I feel bad that both Leslie and AJ -- who were talented -- got booted, in the long run it doesn't matter because I can't imagine either one having a chance at the top two. There go our chances, though to have two people who are a little bit different from the pack. (Are LaKisha, Sabrina and Melinda even distinguishable? If you closed your eyes, would you be able to tell who was singing? Blah.)

I don't think that Brandon is going to get kicked off any time soon. He's so cute! With that Lenny Kravitz hair! I want to make out with him. But Haley had better get her act together and stop picking DIVA songs! She went with Whitney this week and Celine last week, and they both blew. Leslie deserved so much more to stay. My prediction for the winner, however, is JTIM, even though I HATE him. If all of the actually good singers get booted off, I'm going to stop watching.
